Thinking About Buying or Selling Property? Start Here.

In Part 1 of this Series, when entering a real estate transaction, the first step is typically preparing a written contract between the buyer and seller.

At RattikinLaw, we assist clients by preparing the contract and helping guide the early stages of the transaction. Once we receive the basic deal parameters, we prepare the contract and circulate it for signatures.

After the contract is executed by both parties, it is typically delivered to the title company handling the transaction, and the closing process begins.

Questions about starting a commercial or residential real estate transaction?

Jeff Rattikin is happy to help guide you through the process. You can reach him at rattikin@rattikinlaw.com.
