Do You Need a Living Trust?

Here are some guidelines to consider ...

A living trust, otherwise known as a revocable trust or grantor trust, makes sense when you:
- Own real estate in more than one state
- Want someone ready to manage your assets if you become unable to
- Want to control when and how heirs receive an inheritance
- Have a blended family or a beneficiary who needs extra protection
- Prefer to keep your estate out of the public record
The right plan depends on what you own and who you want to provide for. We can help you sort out whether a trust, a will, or a combination fits your situation. If you would like to get started, we have a questionnaire that will assist in expediting the process.
