At RattikinLaw, we've built our practice around a simple idea: we're in the business of putting deals together, not propagating disputes.
Our focus is transactional. We handle real estate closings, business formations, contracts, and estate planning – and we provide the legal insights that avoid future disputes.
That's on purpose. Our job is to get everyone to the table with clear documents, clear expectations, and no surprises. When that's done right, both sides walk away better off. That's the whole point.
It's worth saying out loud right now, too. With AI tools promising to automate everything from contracts to closings, it's easy to assume the human intermediary is optional. We'd argue the opposite: the more automated the paperwork gets, the more parties need someone accountable in the room. Someone making sure the documents actually protect them, not just resemble something that would. Trust, transparency, and a smooth transaction still come from people who have the vision, experience and reputation to navigate the process successfully.
We'd rather build than tear down. That's been true since day one, and it's still our goal.
