We collect Nonpublic Personal Information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you by telephone, fax, e-mail, online questionnaires or other forms;
- Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others;
- Information we receive from public records. This may include information contained in federal, state and local records such as recorded liens on your property, real estate taxes and assessments, tax liens, etc.
- Information we received from a consumer reporting agency; and
- We will collect information about you whenever you interact with us online, either by receiving or storing information you provide or through the use of identifiers called “cookies”. A cookie is a small marker left on your computer which can only be read by us and helps us better respond to your inquiries and service your account each time you visit our website.
We do not disclose any Nonpublic Personal Information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.
We restrict access to Nonpublic Personal Information about you to our attorneys and employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from our websites about children under 13 years of age. Our website is not designed to attract children. A person must be at least 18 years of age to open an account online.
