Tom has practiced real estate, title, energy, corporate and mortgage lending law for over 38 years, with extensive experience as a fee office title attorney and advisor to banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions. Tom also graduated from The University of Texas at Austin's School of Business with a B.B.A. in 1974, and with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist School of Law in 1977, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Southwestern Law Review. He and his wife Kay live in Fort Worth where he has helped raise his four children and three step-children, all of which have obtained college degrees, with several holding advanced degrees in their field.

Robert L. Loudermilk has practiced in the area of probate and estate planning with extensive experience in probate and estate administration, estate planning, guardianships, contested probate cases and mental health law. Mr. Loudermilk has been named by his peers as a Top Attorney by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine and a 360 West Magazine Top Attorney. He is a former staff attorney for Tarrant County Probate Court Number Two and has worked at one of the top boutique probate firms in the area. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and the Charleston School of Law. Mr. Loudermilk is active in several professional associations and non-profit corporations and is currently on the board of Guardianship Services, Inc. He, his wife, and two children live in Fort Worth, Texas.
