This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, Title V, Subtitle A, (Public Law 106-102) and the Federal Trade Commission regulations set forth in 16 CFR 313 pertaining to privacy of Consumer Financial Information.

We collect Nonpublic Personal Information about you from the following sources:

  • Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others;
  • Information we receive from public records. This may include information contained in federal, state and local records such as recorded liens on your property, real estate taxes and assessments, tax liens, etc.
